SHIPPING POLICY
At Bravea, we offer international shipping to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, South Africa, United States, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece, and the Netherlands.
1) Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
2) Estimated Delivery Time (International)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local carriers:

United Kingdom & Ireland: 7–15 business days

Europe (Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece, Netherlands): 7–15 business days

United States: 7–15 business days

South Africa: 10–20 business days
Please note: customs procedures, local carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak seasons may affect delivery times.
3) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
4) Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to:

incorrect or incomplete address

missing apartment/unit number

refused delivery
-
unclaimed package / failure to pick up
Bravea is not responsible for free replacements. Reshipping may require an additional fee.
5) Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, please:

check your mailbox, safe place, reception/front desk, and with neighbors/household members

contact the local carrier directly using your tracking number
If needed, Bravea can help open an investigation with the carrier. However, if the carrier confirms delivery, a refund or replacement is not guaranteed.
6) Lost in Transit / No Tracking Updates
If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or appears lost, contact us at sac@tiendabravea.com
We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund based on the carrier investigation results.
7) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
8) Incorrect Item / Damaged Package
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sac@tiendabravea.com and include clear photos. We will provide the best solution as quickly as possible.
